Return Policy

Stock products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receiving your order. All items must be in the same condition you received them in, with no visible signs of use. Orders must be packed in their original packaging. If you are returning a set every piece within that set must be returned together.

Please note: Custom orders on Blinds (including custom colors) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Note: Original shipping costs are non refundable.

To return items please follow the directions below:

Please contact info@redfishvanz.com to begin the return process. Pease include your order number and e-mail address associated with your order. Once we receive this request we will email you with the next steps for your return.

When shipping return / exchange items back, pack all the items with a printed hard-copy of your purchase confirmation email, add a note specifying your order number securely in the box.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund / exchange is issued.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated. We kindly ask that an additional 5-7 business days is allowed for your refund to be returned to your account.

 

Exchanges

Please follow the above guidelines from our return policy for an exchange.

Once your exchange order is received, we will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through Canada Post Expedited shipping. Please allow 2-3 days for exchanges to be processed. If there is a price difference in the item for exchange, a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued.

When your exchange order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification at the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless requesting otherwise.
