Redfish Vanz is based near the scenic city of Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. Our customer base is Western Canada covering Kootenays, Okanagan, Vancouver, Victoria, Columbia Valley, Alberta and USA customers where appropriate. We build custom camper van conversions based on the Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit chassis for all four-season adventures, off-road exploration and life on the road. With true adventure travel being the main goal.
Mainly specializing in Mercedes Sprinter AWD vans as our foundation platform, we base our layouts on them as they are know for their reliability and desirable cargo space. Our concepts and designs are built around North Americas climate. Our base package (tacklebox) offers a great starting point for any design layout, allowing additional parts to be added from beds, kitchens, electrical systems, storage and seating.
Our four season designs have great winter capabilities from the AWD of the sprinter to the R values with in the construction of every build. Our design-to-build process covers everything you request giving you a "no hidden fees" quote and job sheet covering the complete build spec. We do have our own models that we have developed over the years of research & development helping you get started on your build adventure.
Our workshop is situated on the south side of the West Arm of Kootenay Lake, typically a 20 minute drive from downtown Nelson along Blewett Road.
